I. Return Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, handmade, customized products. Since all products are custom-made by hand, each one embodies the craftsmanship and unique charm of our artisans. Therefore, we do not support no-reason returns for products that are flawless in quality.

If you receive a product with quality issues (such as material defects, craftsmanship errors, etc.), please contact our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving the product and provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos as evidence. After verification and confirmation, we will send you a replacement of the same product to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note that the following situations do not fall within the scope of returns:

  • Requests for returns due to personal preferences, incorrect sizes, or other non-quality issues;
  • Products that have been used or damaged, affecting their resalability;
  • Requests for returns made after the specified time limit (7 working days).

II. Refund Policy

We respect every customer’s shopping experience, but to ensure fairness and reasonableness in transactions, we do not provide no-reason refunds for products once they are sold.

In the following special circumstances, we will consider providing you with a refund:

  • Products with severe quality issues that cannot be resolved through replacements;
  • Issues caused by our side (such as wrong shipments, missing shipments, etc.) that prevent you from using the products properly.

When applying for a refund, please be sure to provide a detailed reason for the refund along with relevant evidence so that we can review and process your refund request as soon as possible.
